Terms of service

1. The service

GrabLeads is an AI-assisted creative tool that composes video prompts and orchestrates renders via ByteDance Seedance 2.0 (delivered through OpenRouter). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Account and payment

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Prices are in USD. Taxes (GST / VAT) added where required.
  • One-off packs are non-refundable once any credit has been used. If your first render fails for a reason on our side, we regenerate it for free or refund that credit.
  • Monthly and agency subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use GrabLeads to generate content that:

  • Depicts identifiable real people without their written consent.
  • Contains sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or hate-group propaganda.
  • Impersonates public officials, brands you don’t own, or celebrities for fraudulent purposes.
  • Violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction or the target audience’s jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to review, refuse, or remove renders that breach these rules, and to terminate accounts with a refund of unused credits.

4. Rights and ownership

  • You retain ownership of inputs you provide (product names, hooks, images) and outputs generated on your behalf, subject to section 3.
  • We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the generated videos for any lawful purpose, including paid advertising.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver the renders to you and to improve the reliability of the service (operational debugging only — no model training).

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable but we don’t guarantee specific uptime, exact render timings, or that every render meets your creative expectations. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship for any reason. We will refund the prorated unused portion of any active subscription when we terminate for convenience; unused one-off credits are not refunded after 60 days of inactivity.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta, unless applicable consumer law gives you a different right.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we notify active customers by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.
