Who we are

GrabLeads (“GrabLeads”, “we”, “us”) operates the websites grableads.pro and lushhook.com and the related AI video-ad generation service. You can reach us at hello@grableads.pro.

What we collect

• Account & billing data — email, name, billing address (via Stripe). We never see full card numbers.
• Render inputs — product names, hooks, image URLs, and prompt text you enter into the studio.
• Render outputs — the MP4 files generated on your behalf, plus metadata (duration, direction, credits consumed).
• Operational logs — request timestamps, IPs, and user-agent strings, used to detect abuse and debug issues.

How we use it

• To deliver the service — composing prompts and calling the Seedance 2.0 render API (via OpenRouter) on your behalf.
• To bill you accurately via Stripe and deliver receipts.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.
• To protect the service from fraud, abuse, or illegal content.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your personal data to third parties.
• We don’t use your prompts, images, or videos to train AI models — yours or ours.
• We don’t share your renders publicly without your written consent.
• We don’t send marketing email you didn’t sign up for.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of reputable sub-processors:

• Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
• Supabase — account, billing, and render-metadata storage.
• Stripe — payments and billing.
• OpenRouter — inference gateway for the underlying video model.
• ByteDance Seedance 2.0 — the video generation model itself.

Retention

Render outputs and metadata are kept for up to 90 days on monthly and agency plans, then deleted. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax law (typically 7 years). You can request earlier deletion of your renders at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Send requests to hello@grableads.pro. We respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU / UK / Canada, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies

We set a minimal set of functional cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your last render. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top and, for material changes, send you an email if you have an account.
